Not only did he consistently ask for more money and gave us a hard time about anything we asked, he also broke our power vent during install and tried to refuse to come back to fix it without paying extra. We requested he come service it again once he finally agreed to fix the power vent but once it was up and running we found it had a leak from the pressure valve. He again refused to come back out to look into it without paying an additional $480 even though we had a labor warranty. Now it's still leaking and needing to be fixed but he won't return our calls and blocked us from his Facebook page which I left a review on.

He canceled two scheduled appointments before eventually arriving. He showed up without his truck and tools, and to actually go to store for a part. Upon installation, he connected the gas line but demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding proper stove regulation and appliance setup. He failed to install the required conversion kit, despite having it available, and left the stove operating with visible flame issues and carbon monoxide present, creating an unsafe condition. When I contacted him multiple times to return and correct the work, he played games and blamed Hime Depot. He also has declined to refund my payment after I was forced to hire someone else who advised me that the gas connection itself had been installed incorrectly and also posed a safety hazard.

It ran a little rough for a couple months with no real issue but decided to get a professional to adjust the air and etc. So to start the tech who did the service over tightened the thread on the drawer assembly cross threading it and causing it to leak an insane amount two days after service. An emergency tech comes to tell me that it probably was like that from the manufacturer (even though it was running fine before the service and I personally installed and inspected the drawer assembly two months prior.) He proceeded to tell me that it would cost $500 or more to have it fixed... gave them the benefit of the doubt just to be ignored and blocked by them. After installing another drawer assembly, I thought all would be good. But the tech did not tighten the set screws enough and the oil burner had fallen out of place causing a bunch more combustion issues. Also had to buy a stand for the burner to prevent it happening again. The oil pressure was also jacked all the way up( I assume by the emergency tech because it was leaking) instead of telling me any of this I had to fix it on my own. I was going to let it go until I was ignored and blocked. I get companies have to make money but it's the bare minimum being honest. And if you were an honest company you would have helped fix the problem you caused instead of gaslighting me and saying it will cost 500-700$. Especially when the part is less than 80$ and takes less than 10 minutes to swap.

Our house had hydronic heat on the first floor, but electric baseboards on the second. We wanted to get rid of the electric heat, and solicited several quotes. Jay was great, discussed multiple options, but was honest and up front that the tech guys would have to come out to really evaluate the feasibility and design of the project. Good indication of integrity up front. Tyler, the co-owner and lead installer, came out several days later to do a more thorough evaluation. Extremely courteous, professional, polite, and accommodating. Highly knowledgeable as well. Explained all the options and designs, and their pros and cons. No sales pitches etc. Just the facts. Really made the effort to preserve the character of our older style home. When his team started working, all very courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Showed up with masks and booties to protect our floors. Worked quickly and efficiently. Tyler was there the whole time, welcomed any questions, described exactly what they were doing and why. The finished product is superb, and blends perfectly into the house. All the work was done with the outmost attention to detail. When we ran the heat last night there was a problem, it would not shut off. I called Tyler, he called me back within 15 minutes, and was at our house within a half hour. The problem turned out to be an old defective valve in the pre-existing pump (which he could not have known about at the time). He worked to diagnose the problem and fixed it on the spot. Really cannot ask for anything more. Tyler and his team are superb. They should be teaching seminars on customer relationship building. Lastly, about the price. Are they the cheapest HVAC contractor out there? No. But their quote was very competitive. You may pay a little bit more than the cheapest bid, but you will not find his level of perfectionism anywhere else.

Being concerned about the expensive local plumber I have used in the past I went on the web! Not being comfortable with the label "PIPE DREAMS" I bit the bullet as he was very local and had a high "yelp" rating so I gave him a call the next business day about 9 am and left a message. He called me back about 10am from out of town but requested if he could stop by about "noon' time: and HE DID 1pm! He took one look and started taking his first of many trips to his truck and came back with a ladder and camera and found a leak at the 3 clock side of the connection. It was a very difficult repair. The steel ring holding the toilet was totally rusted out. But he had the tools in the truck . He not only had the tools in the truck he had all the parts to return the entire toilet to NEW CONDITION and rolled out at 2:45pm and I had a new toilet for HALF THE COST ANTICIPATED . I WAS STUNED. as a register professional engineer he exceeded my highest expectations . He knew what to do, how to do it, prepared to do it, and pleasant and friendly doing it. I bought a toilet to try & defray the costs but the two appointments cost over $800! the plumber had a fairly bad attitude and sent me some nasty texts - insinuating I had cracked the toilet the night he was first there. I would not use them and do not recommend them. Cost was same as was quoted when the plumber got the toilet - outrageous pricing and bad attitude.
