He took 2 hours on the phone with me to work through life insurance complications and coverage for our unique situation. I'm a law school graduate so I appreciate him knowing the landmines our complex scenarios we could avoid by setting up the policy correctly with so many parties involved. I purchased a life insurance policy for the kind young lady helping me and my husband have a child through surrogacy. It was a complex package (her, her family, me and my husband, and our trust). Basically, an advanced scenario that only a skilled insurance agent can handle. Now I fully understand why he was referred to us. He is knowledgable with wills, trusts, estates as beneficiaries. He can do life insurance outside the state of Idaho. And the wait to see Dan was only a couple minutes. I met with Dan on pretty short notice and had a lengthy (no cost to me) conversation about Medicare insurance as well as faith and Christianity, only after I brought it up first. Afterward I also asked for a quote for life insurance and if the quote is close to the actual cost after going through underwriting then they have another customer as the input/info regarding Medicare cost him 3 hours and $0 income to him so far. Dan also said they can meet with my relative in Idaho Falls if need be!!! as he and other associates in the office travel that way on purpose for the company. And they have an office in Coeur d'Alene I'm pretty sure he said.

Speaking from experience when you crash your car the last thing that you wanna have to worry about is paperwork and dealing with questions and all kinds of people so that you can just get back on the road again. State Farm made it to where it was one and done, they didn't haggle me to approve my claim. They transferred my insurance from my old car to my new car that same day.
