Called the receptionist back and asked for a manger. She seemed to only know her first name and no one could respond to my call. This is not a company you want to work with. This is a terrible first impression. From the reviews it sounds like it used to be a good company but changed hands. I can see why it got poor reviews. He took 2 hours on the phone with me to work through life insurance complications and coverage for our unique situation. I'm a law school graduate so I appreciate him knowing the landmines our complex scenarios we could avoid by setting up the policy correctly with so many parties involved. I purchased a life insurance policy for the kind young lady helping me and my husband have a child through surrogacy. It was a complex package (her, her family, me and my husband, and our trust). Speaking from experience when you crash your car the last thing that you wanna have to worry about is paperwork and dealing with questions and all kinds of people so that you can just get back on the road again. State Farm made it to where it was one and done, they didn't haggle me to approve my claim. They transferred my insurance from my old car to my new car that same day. I am feeling RIPPED off by Farmers Insurance Agency! My truck was HIT (and run) by one of their…read moreinsurees. Fortunately, we live in Idaho and witnesses took pictures and the store owners provided me with the video of this hit (and run). They gave gave me the photos and video of this and I provided it to the Nampa Police. Nampa PD Officer Pon was able to make contact with the suspect who denied hitting my truck but the evidence on his truck matched the paint on my truck. Farmers took full responsibility. I missed 4 hrs of work dealing with this mess and Jeff Sindorf (Farmer Agent) says they do not cover time off for repairs even though I was NOT at fault but had to deal with this on my own time. He is probably mad because we still have people in IDAHO who care about other peoples property. HORRIBLE SERVICE and now I feel Victimized twice.
