Called the receptionist back and asked for a manger. She seemed to only know her first name and no one could respond to my call. This is not a company you want to work with. This is a terrible first impression. From the reviews it sounds like it used to be a good company but changed hands. I can see why it got poor reviews. If they can't even handle an introductory phone call, how on earth are they going to handle your insurance!
