We called to remind them that they had miss the appointment. And Diane who may I add has no business dealing with a customer service desk for a company and has to be one of the rudest people we've ever dealt with. It's her way or the highway, we never received a text or the voice-mail that she claimed had been left and actually wanted to argue about, doesn't make sense. Then you ask to speak to someone else above her in management and she promptly tells you I am the management. SMH RUDE, and if you take the time to look at other reviews you'll find more "RUDE" being the PROBLEM and not even the gutter work, that should speak volumes and the fact that PEOPLE TOOK THE TIME TO REVIEW THEM ABOUT IT, because there's nothing worse than calling a company you think has your back and having the person treat you like garbage after you've been with them for quite some time. I notice that the reviews that are positive are for the work done, apparently they haven't had to deal with "DIANE" yet. I do not recommend this company simply for the way they treat you when you have an issue. It was twice as expensive but when I said something about it they brought the price down to 265$. Still 100$ more than any other year. According to my cameras, they were here for around 15 minutes. They left a message that there was 20ft of gutter that was off pitch and they could replace 20 ft for a little over $400. They sent me pictures of my fence gate, front door, and one of my spigots, which they said is to show they left gates closed, turned the water off, and were at my house. However there was not a single picture of my gutters,. I called to ask why I received those three pictures, and they explained it's a CYA for them. I then received two very blurry nondescript picture of part of the location they said needed to be replaced. I said no thank you. They have called and texted multiple times every day. I have called and asked to be taken off any list. They said they would but they'd give me a $25 credit the next time I use their service. Within a day of that call, they call again. At this point it's beginning to feel like harassment. DO NOT THINK THIS IS ACTION ANYMORE.

Justin came out and he is awesome . He cleaned out the gutters and removed this plant that was over 2 ft high in the gutter along with some smaller ones growing in there as well as the leaves .
