Within weeks, their work began failing in multiple areas -- most notably in the bathrooms -- and it has only continued to deteriorate. As shown in the photos, the paint is actively peeling, cracking, and separating from the surface along ceilings, corners, and flat wall planes. This is not normal wear, and it is not minor touch-up territory. Entire sections of paint are lifting and flaking off. When we first raised concerns about the secondary bathroom shortly after moving in, their representative dismissed the issue as a "ventilation problem," despite the fact that there were no issues before the repaint and this occurred during summer months. They doubled down on this explanation by claiming the master bathroom would not have the same problem due to its size. That explanation quickly collapsed when the master bathroom -- which is very large and has vaulted ceilings -- developed the same cracking and peeling within a month. This clearly points to incorrect paint selection and/or improper surface preparation, particularly a failure to use bathroom-appropriate, moisture-resistant products. At no point were we advised on paint suitability for bathrooms -- something any competent professional painter should proactively address. We used "premium" paint, yet premium paint applied incorrectly or in the wrong environment still fails, which is exactly what happened here. Equally concerning is the lack of accountability. Despite the amount we had just spent, and despite our willingness to pay to resolve the issue correctly, the company made no meaningful effort to fix their work. Beyond the bathrooms, there are additional quality issues throughout the home: visible cracking along ceiling seams, paint splitting along non-corner joints, and unfinished details. Notably, the kitchen baseboards were never painted, with the explanation that they were "part of the cabinets," which is plainly inaccurate and visible in person. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The workmanship does not meet professional standards, and the refusal to stand behind the work is even more troubling. Based on both the quality of the results and the response when problems arose, I would not recommend this company to anyone investing serious money into their home.

If you choose this vendor, you need to inspect all material brought into your house to validate they are using correct material. On Prep Work While his statement of work said all staircases would be covered, they were not. This has resulted in needing to have runners on stairs replaced. His team also fails to properly tape and cover stained wood surfaces. I am currently scoping several thousand dollars of work to have wooden doors and floors sanded and re-stained due to their poor prep work. On overall quality Vendor missed many areas, there was paint destined for floor boards and molding that ended up on walls, missed spots, and drip marks. In addition, his team paints over sanded areas, meaning all surfaces will need to be re-sanded, primed, and repainted On timelines His teams move quickly to the detriment of quality. It was inextricable that prepping and applying 2 quotes would be done in under two days. On customer satisfaction His team doing the work are hard to communicate with and if there are issues both his team and himself are combative with home owners.
