I had to wait to get checked out while they were making extra smore pizzas, then paid for my pizza, then waited and waited and waited for my pizza. I asked about it and was told in a snotty tone "we have been very busy". Which they were not because they were making extra smore pizzas. Aftering around for awhile, an employee started to make my pizza. I thought I saw my pizza in the rack and asked if the pizza on the top was my pizza, a received another snotty response from a different employee "no that is not your pizza, I am making it now. That one has regular crust". Finally I was given my pizza with no remorse, no offer of money off, no offer of a free cookie dough. I expect better customer service from a Papa Murphy's. I hope the pizza tastes ok.
