A small, very small restaurant near the Fireworks. Later, for business reasons, I returned to Baldwin year after year. They offer a wide variety of your typical bar fare food and because it's in WI--a tap of Spotted Cow (music to this Minnesotan's ears). This is probably the classiest establishment in town (and I use that word liberally, we are talking about a bar, yes?) and they do fry up some mean cheese curds. This bar has had a few names over the years, but it's always been near and dear in any Boycevillian's heart. After any football game, basketball game, or heck for me, the night of graduation, this is the only bar worth going to in this sleepy town.
