Very rude receptionist. I caught CoVID, so I called to reschedule my appointment. Receptionist…read moretold me she will not reschedule again if I cancel again. I told her if she rather have me come in after tested positive? She hung up the phone on me. I am now weary of this office's covid policy. *** Updated reply to Lin Rawlinson Lin Chai, I am glad you replied to my post. I am concerned by your reply by below factors: 1. I rescheduled twice with you before I caught Co-VID due to my busy schedule. It was on my 3rd rescheduling when she told me I could not reschedule again. All my rescheduling with the exception of Co-VID was with ample notice (At least 2 weeks out). Concerns: Your clients are very busy people and when you are pompous to tell your client they cannot reschedule, it tells me your office is not customer focused nor you are a friendly office. Additionally, when it comes to public health safety, it raises concerns on your office's ability to provide a clean and safe environment for visiting clients. Requesting 1 day cancel notice from someone who just found out he caught COVID was not only illogical and unconcerning, it was downright irresponsible as an office that opens to the public. 2. Your receptionist was the one who hung up on me when I questioned your office policy on CoVID. Concerns: Placing public health safety for those who visits your office help build trust and shows care and respect to those who visits your office. For the reasons above, I did not choose your office. I was interviewing 2 other CPA offices that were friendly, professional, and understanding. I have since selected one of them. I hope you will review your office professionalism and health and safety protocol, but equally important, the honesty of the people in your office. It takes a lifetime to earn trust, but seconds to lose it.

It's that time of year again... when I remember why I no longer use Responsive…read more I'll keep this simple since most people won't read a long review: call someone else. There are plenty of solid tax professionals in Chandler - I know have learned. My experience with Responsive started well--good initial conversations and a strong first impression with Billy and the tax professional Irene. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Follow-up was consistently poor. Communication only happened if I repeatedly chased them down, and even then it was excuse after excuse--office closures, travel, annual fishing trips, "I'll call you tomorrow"... "I'll call when we get back in the office"... which rarely happened. The breaking point: I paid them to set up my LLC, and they suggested that they be the Statutory Agent. (I agreed) A few months later, they quietly resigned as the agent through the Arizona Corporation Commission without any notice to me. No call. No email. No explanation--despite multiple attempts on my end to get answers. Even more confusing, they continued to handle my taxes afterward as if nothing happened. So weird. This review is long overdue. I'm still waiting on a refund for services that were effectively abandoned. If you value communication and accountability, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. #ChandlerAZ #TaxPreparer #SmallBusinessTaxes #LLCArizona #Bookkeeping #TaxServices #ArizonaBusiness

I had to call several times to find out if my taxes were completed. Then a few weeks afterwards I was notified by the IRS that my taxes were rejected, I called Marcy immediately to find out why and how best to rectify this and never spoke with her, it was handled with no communication, then to make things worse I received a bill from the IRS for nearly $1,000 because Marcy did a shitty job configuring my taxes. Plus, she's either not available or not in the office! They need to rename this place as Nonresponsive Tax and Accounting! I have no idea how Marcy retains any Clients!!!
