Called to seek a consultation and the woman who I spoke to was incredibly short and not helpful. Immediately being rude and saying "we are full up" is just bad manners. Tyler is very detailed. I came prepared with my tax docs and questions and paperwork filled out but Im not a tax expert and he guided us through one of the most complex tax filing we've had to do. As a background, I had to file taxes to 2 states plus federal that has a lot of moving parts with our rental property in CA. Listen, if you need Tax help, go to Tyler. We've never really had our taxes professionally done but were really overwhelmed this year. We extended and after unsuccessfully pursuing other recommended firms, Tyler was able to accommodate us right away. He answered every question and was patient with my less than ideal paperwork (read: mess of documents) and on top of that had our return completed in a couple of days.
