STAY AWAY!!! This man cost my business Thousands of dollars in late penalties and fees because he did not file any of my taxes on time and did not tell me about it. He and his staff are completely incompetent. They were so rude and when I got my files back from them, they had written nasty notes about me because I would call them when I started discovering all of their mistakes. He claims to be a financial planner but knows nothing about finances. He has to do commercials just to get business because I have spoken to the rest of the business community in Paducah and they all know he is only a big joke. Might think twice about dealing with Dean Owens CPA firm. I used them for my 2020 tax return and the return was completed incorrectly., After being notified by the IRS, I contacted his agency for assistance. Sadly was not offered any help. Also tried to obtain some financial advice and was treated very unprofessional. Following are direct quotes from emails Mr. Owens sent me. Saying things like: "If you take your taxes elsewhere, I don't really care" "what kind of bat shit stupid is that", "is he a (blank) idiot "If you get stupid and prefer their advice, well, bless your heart". This man made a public post on Facebook that if you support Biden during the election then he doesn't want your business. Here is his comment: Here is my flag. You know who I'm voting for. This is end game for me. If you are a Biden voter don't grace my door, don't show up asking me to invest your money, don't show up asking me to cut your taxes.
