They ultimately refused to deliver the refrigerators we had already paid for and one of the delivery stooges said "I have been with Karvonens for 8 years and I have the right to blacklist you"!! Karvonens made absolutely NO service recovery other than to get a second crew to complete the delivery. Someone called off the online form and told me it would be a couple days and that it would be X amount of money. Then someone returned my call and told me same day was possible and it would be X amount of money. Long story short someone was there that day to look at our dryer. We paid a service fee and then we paid another time for the item to be fixed. I was a little confused because I thought it would be taken off the total but I don't know. Overall it was fast service and the tech onsite was friendly and fixed our unit in no time. Super thankful that they were responsive, but internal communication could be better.
