Spoke to a guy named Peter before I went there who sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He quoted me 1 to 2 hours labour plus parts. I asked if 2 to 3 weeks turn around was reasonable and Peter said yes it was. Once I got these the story sure changed. All they did was talk about how difficult Honda Canada is to get parts from. Not a true statement at all as I have ordered parts for my 3 Hondas from Larry Small Engines with 3 day turnaround max. I reiterated the 2 to 3 week turnaround need and they went as far to suggest I ORDER THE PARTS ELSEWHERE AND DROP THEM OFF TO THEM. Right...drive a 100km round trip to do that. I was going to just leave but a guy named Daryl said they could in fact get the repair done in the time quoted on the phone. 4 weeks later no contact. Called them and Daryl said the job was not done as parts are on back order. Contacted Larry`s and they showed on Hondas dealer parts site 5 in stock in Toronto. Called Daryl again and told him the truth and then the story changed to "we had one but lost the other seal". 2 different made up stories in 30 minutes from Daryl. Could not confirm a new eta as somebody was away in service. Went right over the next day and picked up my lower unit. Sandy Cove Marine fixed me up within a week. These clowns make the Ontario Government look organized and efficient. AVOID.
