They were coerced into paying to avoid even more damage and delay. What's worse, this same company threatened the young employees of the burger establishment, telling them they couldn't move their own cars because their license plates had already been recorded. Those employees ended up having their vehicles towed after being intimidated by the same tactics by this deplorable company. It's an absolutely appalling abuse of power.
