I had to wait 3 weeks to get in which put me in a bind time wise because I sold my home and was moving into this rig but he told me it would only take a few days to do and that gave me enough time to do what I needed. Two weeks before my appt I called and left a message to make sure he had an item I wanted installed during the repair that is what everyone uses to do this but with the way parts availability is currently I had to make sure it wasn't tied up waiting on parts. My day comes and I drag it 100 miles at $6.00 a gallon for diesel to make my appt. As soon as I walk in he tells me he didn't know what I was talking about on the voice mail I left. Why didn't he call and ask me? If he would have I would have known right away he didn't know what he was doing and went another route. So, he slides under the rig and makes crazy suggestions on what to do. I've run shops since the 70's so I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. I'm just at the point in my life the heavy stuff is to much for me to fix. I suggested the route we discussed on the phone and told him a few things we needed to pay attention to and he slides out from under the rig, tells me he isn't my guy and walks away leaving me standing there. Now my home isn't getting repaired on time for me to move into and I'm screwed. STAY AWAY!!!!

He listened to everything i asked, and was very punctual and honest in his answers. I knew I wanted the 2025 GMC Canyon that they had on the lot, and he made it happen. I live 1.5 hours away, so we did most of the paperwork by text, so when I got to the dealership it was all ready to go. I did the test drive, Mark showed me some of the gadgets, and it was time to do the financing. I told Mark that I didn't want the warranties and all the other stuff that other dealers try to make you feel guilty about not buying, and he listened. That is where Justin came in. He listened also. He knew that I wanted to get in and out, so he had the paperwork ready. I did end up getting the extended warranty, but I had looked them up on car shield and a few other sites, and the GMC extended warranty was actually a great value, in my opinion. I was advised that the intake manifold gasket was leaking and causing unmeatered air into the engine. I authorized the work and several weeks later they said they changed the gasket but gee wiz the car still runs like crap. At that point they said that it had to be the computer under the dash. So I purchased one of those and installed it - not the problem. Then they said we are stumped. My bill was over one thousand dollars - thank you. Sorry we could not fix your car. Moreover, when I went to retrieve my car I barely got it back home because they did not install the radiator house properly and it was overheating and anti freeze all over my garage floor. I had to tow the car (on my dime) back to them to fix their mistake. Stay away from this place!! Bunch of kids that don't know what they are doing!!
