We contacted E & C Tree Services on Thumbtack. Erick responded the same day and scheduled an appointment to provide a free estimate. He offered us such an amazing price that we hired him on the spot. He performed the job the next day. What sets this company apart from others is Erick is very approachable and honest. I was the point person because my husband was at work, and as a woman, he did not look at me strangely. He gave me the same respect he would give anyone, and I appreciated that. While some companies were a no-show, no call numerous times, Erick kept every promise he made. The first day he came out, he protected us in making us aware of another tree that was dying and would have possibly been dead in 1 year. We were able to add this to the job. In comparison, the other companies never looked outside of the specified scope. I know nothing about trees, and I appreciated that Erick had forethought to mention this dying tree. The day of the job, Erick and his team arrived early, and they performed more than the initial scope and did not charge an additional price to do so.
