They tried to convince me the tree was diseased, but when Mike walked the yard to determine the work that needed to be done, he didn't identify it as diseased. Then, they tried to convince me I was mistaken about which tree needed to be removed. I don't know much about trees, but I know the difference in my front yard and my back yard. The tree they took down was in my front yard. The dead tree was in my back yard. I recently tried to get them back out to take down the dead tree. After coming home from work to meet them twice, they cancelled on me at the last minute both times. I hope they can do a better job of managing appointments and communicating amongst themselves in the future.
