They came out the next day and determined that they had to have access to the basement apartment. Three days later they came back. Having to deal with pushback from the basement tenant, they had to ask for assistance from the property management company. They, unfortunately, had to witness a pretty serious altercation between property management and the tenant. They held their own respectfully and were able to finish the job. Boss came out twice and looked and wasn't happy but no one ever got back with me. One section for return was missing an end cap. Gaps in duct work and no tape in many spots. Return wasn't close to air return on center wall. We notice this when trying to bracing our floor joist under our combo washer. We wanted heat and cool our nook and after having to tear up the floor to do foundation repair we notice that the hole and air duct was only heating and cooling between two beams and not under the crawl space. So what do you do? Fix yourself I guess... save your money and call someone who doesn't want paid upfront for work never done right or at all. Three months after system was put in we waited on air ducts to be finished and they were never finished correctly or what agreement papers stated.
