Called DeBakers, Mr. DeBaker came out himself on a Saturday and gave an estimate on a Lennox top of the line heat pump system (which is what I wanted) and I had them install the new system. They were quick and did a very professional job. We had a small problem with the system on a Saturday so I called them, the person on call that day was not that familiar with this system and said that the office would call me on Monday. Being from that other country (California) I thought yeah sure! On Monday I got a call at 8:05 they said they would have someone come out to check it and at 8:30 "Jay" pulled up the driveway, He has been with them for almost 50 years. He diagnosed the problem and took care of it. Which turned out to be a relatively small problem. Since I am from that other country I am not used to this kind of service . He tightened what needed to be tightened and showed me in my basement where the shut off value is to prevent any further leaking.
