Bait and switch on financing + LSV Speed misleading…read more Bought a Club Car Onward LSV in June 2026. Staff was friendly during sale and helped tag it. I put $5,000 down on the $12,000 cart. Problems: Speed: Sold as LSV 20-25 mph capable. It only does 19 mph. Financing: Quoted $212/mo @ 5.99%. Contract came back with different payment and rate. Emailed owner Jimmy -- no response. The payment difference isn't huge, and I would've accepted it upfront. Issue is being told one thing and sold another. Tip for other buyers, that I should have done myself. Get everything in writing before you leave. 1 star for friendly staff and helping with tags. Losing 4 stars for misrepresentation and no follow-up. I gave GAV 5 business days to respond to my direct email. before posting this review.

He told me ok , 1000 bucks 50 transport each way. He said most ppl get about 10 more miles per hour. My cart was getting 19 barely pressed.... I received my LSV cart back today and got 31 mph out of it and feel like i could have got a few more for sure. Well and the price was what he said. plus, electrical port and tax and credit card fee.. Tried Don's for the first time and was super happy I did. My cart had been sitting for 2 1/2…read moremonths while we were on vacation, and when I got back the batteries we completely dead. I figured new batteries and called Don's to get a price and install. They picked up the cart and in 2 days returned it and said the batteries just needed a kick start to charge to get the big charger working. They also fixed the problem with my headlights and tail lights. The cart now charges full and everything works. This Company is fantastic, and very reasonable for the work performed. Thanks Guys..

I purchased a new Set of Nitto tires @ $2,000 for the set from Mcroberts tire center in April of…read more2025. Now in November, my tires were recalled by Nitto. After coming to McRoberts to try and get the issue taken care of, I was told only 1 tire would be replaced under recall. When voicing my concern about putting 1 new tire with 3 used, Hatch, the owner, said he understands my concern but unless the other tires showed any signs of manufacture issues or defects, that he would not replace them. He never even checked. I even offered to pay for a prorated set as per the Nitto manufacturer, which Hatch the owner refused to do. It should be noted that he did not inspect the 3 other tires on my truck. This has been a nightmare that has now fallen on the consumers shoulders. I buy a set of tires from a Robert's Tire and then they tell me to kick rocks when it comes time to make things right. Do better Hatch, even when telling him that I rotate my tires every 5,000 miles, he tells me " good for you". Here I am with an issue and Hatch, the Owner, wants to be condescending and sarcastic. I wish I would have never found this place.

When I arrived, I was told the alignment technician was running late and to come back later for a call. However, I noticed the technician was already at the shop and thought to myself maybe they're busy. After waiting and never receiving a call, I returned only to be told to reschedule the appointment I already had. Very disappointing experience and to think I had an appointment set up a week before. This is not the level of service I expected from a business I have supported for years.
