I tried calling to verify that the notary was onsite during the advertised hours, but the phone was disconnected. I happened to be driving by the store later that day and noticed that they were opened so I stopped in to inquire see if the notary was in and the clerk stated that he was also waiting for them to show up. Not a great way to run a business in these times. The place was kind of run down and there were loud music videos playing on a television, but they are open. I didn't go there for anything other than notary services, so I'm not sure on their pricing. Two-Stars because the clerk was very friendly and apologetic.

I was open to ideas and never once said no to any of the recommendations. Once I asked for more budget friendly alternatives, I got ghosted and communication stopped. It's unfortunate that as a loyal customer for about three years I got treated this way simply because I was trying to work within my budget. I really wanted to hire this company and was willing and open to other options and or suggestions. If they didn't want the job, they should have been upfront and told me instead of completely stopping communication with me. I will not be using this company for my current project or anything in the future. I did not deserve to be treated this way.
