Not too sure about this business. I needed a notary for a transaction and they Mailboxes & More…read morecame up on my Yelp search. I tried calling to verify that the notary was onsite during the advertised hours, but the phone was disconnected. I happened to be driving by the store later that day and noticed that they were opened so I stopped in to inquire see if the notary was in and the clerk stated that he was also waiting for them to show up. Not a great way to run a business in these times. The place was kind of run down and there were loud music videos playing on a television, but they are open. I didn't go there for anything other than notary services, so I'm not sure on their pricing. Two-Stars because the clerk was very friendly and apologetic.

She has walked away from her window twice on me. She lacks the basic knowledge, skills and courtesy to be in a skilled federal position. I've asked her simple, basic questions pertaining to the post office such as hours of operation which she didn't know, she didn't even know what the new cost of a Forever 1st Class stamp was after the last price hike. She's often spouting random prices for shipping items off the top of her head without bothering to check, the gets very rude and unprofessional when a customer doesn't agree with her. I would stop going to this Post Office all together because of her but unfortunately this is the only 1 in town. If a freight is damaged, destroyed or lost, its suddenly "not their problem" and cant help you but you still need to pay for shipping or they cancel your account and there is never a refund, ever.
