Not only is he a great orthodontist but he is also so friendly and happy all the time. The same goes for his staff. From the girls in the front to the ones that attend the patients ( I don't know their technical name.) I have no complaints about Naidu Orthodontics. I went with Invisalign over traditional braces because I am in my 30s and I rather not have something that was so noticeable ( either choice would have cost me the same ). I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and it took me about 2 years. ( keep in mind that not all teeth move at the same rate so it might take more or less time for someone else) I was also very disciplined and wore my trays the required 22 hrs a day. You can take comfort in knowing that Naidu dedicates time to answer and address any questions or concerns you may have. I never once felt rushed during my appointments. Her front desk staff is unknowledgeable about very simple ortho questions and then BLINDLY hits you with costs and bills like it's a huge secret. They are not upfront they are not honest with the prices their materials are cheap and break and they are very hard to work with for a plethora of different reasons. Don't ever let your retainer break because not only will they charge you consult fee to say if they can fix it or not your going to pay for your retainer too there's no warranty there's no nothing. I simply asked if I could email a picture of my retainer to her so I don't have to actually go into the office to get a yes or no answer to a simple question and then have to go back for making a new retainer (oh yeah another thing cause why can't you have it done all in the same day? Cause she wants the fee money?) instead of her worrying about $45 retainer consultation fee She should've been worried about the $500 that I was willing to pay to get a brand new retainer. I even said that to her. She could've even told me that the $45 consult fee was going to go towards anything that I needed as far as the retainer or the $45 was going towards the retainer price of $500 but no she's so greedy worried about $45 instead so I decided I will go somewhere else that is better and deserves the money. My overall opinion in her work is not great either. I just would have liked to go back to the same ortho for a simple retainer fix/replacement. My treatment itself she rushed it and I did get a second opinion and according to the new ortho I shouldn't even have had braces to begin with and told me she should have never put braces on me without jaw surgery. My overall experience with this is the Dr herself is terribly rude she has a very bad attitude with everyone always even with her employees one of her employees told me that they couldn't wait to quit! And did. And I won't ever be going back either. She doesn't want to genuinely help people she's in it for the $.

My dentist recommended Dr.Sanders since my case was very specific. I'm so glad I followed my dentist advise. If you're a working professional, you'll find it hard to get reasonable times. Best bet is to schedule months in advanced and pray they don't change last minute to a distant date Issue 2- Poor communication and confusion among office staff on what days the office is actually open Issue 3- Dentist calls during a tropical storm and flash flood warning saying reason office was open was due to you. What business owner with any sense of customer service would ever express themselves like that to a patient? Not a surprise since during office visits you can feel tension between their team: dentist towards hygienists/assistants - patience is not on display during procedures where they work together. Always treat everyone with kindness. I informed dentist directly I did not feel comfortable driving in a storm/flood and given these interactions I would no longer be seeking her services. She missed school and I missed work! This practice has lost consideration for their patients and their time. Perhaps growing is not always the best if you cannot find the quality of employees to run your business with as much attention as you give your patients.
