Not only is he a great orthodontist but he is also so friendly and happy all the time. The same goes for his staff. From the girls in the front to the ones that attend the patients ( I don't know their technical name.) I have no complaints about Naidu Orthodontics. I went with Invisalign over traditional braces because I am in my 30s and I rather not have something that was so noticeable ( either choice would have cost me the same ). I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and it took me about 2 years. ( keep in mind that not all teeth move at the same rate so it might take more or less time for someone else) I was also very disciplined and wore my trays the required 22 hrs a day. You can take comfort in knowing that Naidu dedicates time to answer and address any questions or concerns you may have. I never once felt rushed during my appointments. If you're a working professional, you'll find it hard to get reasonable times. Best bet is to schedule months in advanced and pray they don't change last minute to a distant date Issue 2- Poor communication and confusion among office staff on what days the office is actually open Issue 3- Dentist calls during a tropical storm and flash flood warning saying reason office was open was due to you. What business owner with any sense of customer service would ever express themselves like that to a patient? Not a surprise since during office visits you can feel tension between their team: dentist towards hygienists/assistants - patience is not on display during procedures where they work together. Always treat everyone with kindness. I informed dentist directly I did not feel comfortable driving in a storm/flood and given these interactions I would no longer be seeking her services. Moreover, the office itself is extremely outdated and needs major work to be a welcoming environment for kids. There's 's a specific standard now for pediatric offices. Especially if they are charging the prices they are. There's no cartoons or drawings on the walls, No TV with children games or shows playing. Even after getting treatment done there's no giveaways for the kids. I suggest you choose a practice that values HUMANS and treats them as equals. That chooses kindness or bullying.
