Each meeting leading up to the big day made us feel even more at ease, and Jennifer's attention to detail was on display in each and every zoom session/phone call. On our wedding day, Jennifer and Vanessa were both consistently making sure that everything ran smoothly, each event occurred at the correct time, and went above and beyond with the execution of big moments, like the surprise fireworks that took our breath away! Jennifer has the kindest soul, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. And on this list were places we knew were out of our budget and had told her. She cancelled the contract when we pushed back and only gave us half our deposit back. After my son booked his own wedding, he told the story to many catering halls who knew her and no one had a nice thing to say about her.I would not recommend her to anyone.

Throughout the entire process, Steve and Greg were incredibly responsive. Every time I texted one of them, they answered so quickly. We wanted music infused throughout our ceremony. Steve was onboard from the start. Never a hesitation. EVERYONE loved our ceremony! It was fun and captivating-all because of Steve! During the party, the most important thing for us was to keep everyone on the dance floor having a great time. He delivered!! When it came time to announce the cake cutting and dessert, he called us aside and suggested that we do it quietly off to the side with the photographer. He explained that if we stopped the music at that point, we might not get the energy back up again. We took his advice, and he was right! A few weeks before the wedding, we sent him a suggested playlist so he would get our "vibe." We told him to use it, or go off it, whatever he felt the party needed. He seamlessly blended our suggestions with some of his own stuff. From the first time we met to get to know each other, they gave us a very reasonable price and never tried to increase it-even when we got into the details of what we wanted for our wedding. When we were down to the final details, Steve came to the venue and walked through every detail so everyone was clear on how the day would go and what was expected. On the day of our wedding, he didn't have to ask me a thing-he knew what to do from start to finish! Every guest stayed until the very end. No one was ready to go home!! This team came highly recommended and I'm so glad we called them. I will DEFINITELY use them for all of our future events - no question!!

They did EVERYTHING, and I mean everything, to make our wedding as stress-free and smooth as possible. A short list of everything they did included: meeting with us by phone multiple times in the months leading up to our wedding; helping us create our day-of timeline; coordinated with all of our vendors in the final month before our wedding; transporting items to and from our venue on the day of; setting up centerpieces and other items; running back to our hotel when I forgot my dress socks and watch; and who knows what else behind-the-scenes! The amount of stress that Amanda and Andi lifted off of our shoulders was immeasurable and invaluable; we could not have had such a successful day without them! They somehow manage to do it all without us having to worry at all about hiccups, snafus, or drama of any kind. The first Touch of Class party I attended in 1999 was at a Sachs 5h Ave in Huntington, LI, where the founder Sherry Schweitzer was donating catering to the 1 in 9 Foundation. The drinks were plentiful and H'orderves were in abundance and original. A Touch of Class also hosted an event for our local banking association for an annual party, and it was the best we have had, with a gambling theme that brought out the fun in the entire crowd. In the know on the top city venues to Long Island and even a few upstate Mansions they can book a location, provide invitations, themes, decor, flowers, catering, music and photography for any event. They have 20 +years of experience regionally and book the best of the best when needed, and can book best within someone's budget as well. A Touch of Class is a preferred vendor with various Long Island venues. I recommend Sherry for her pleasant demeanor, calm under pressure, and experience overall. I have known her since 1992 when we worked in the same building in Woodbury where their first store was, they are now in Syosset since 2000. A Touch of Class can also be called for simple summer parties and things such as kids inflatable slides, carnival type food stands and birthday entertainment also.
