Our escrow was complicated for reasons outside our control but Rick stuck with us throughout, always keeping us updated on status of things, preparing needed documents before they were required, arranging necessary inspections and schedules, and prodding our lender to act faster to accommodate our urgent situation. I said hey we meet again no luck on strawberry ln no he said they sent a counter offer and no call back i said oh me too and the house was put back on the market this morning he said wow. Then later it's back off so now this morning it's back on the market jan12th. I understand the market now but don't play with people minds some of us are really trying to get a home for our kids
