To my good fortune, Terese was the first human that answered the phone. She couldn't have been more helpful. She arranged showings of the houses that I had seen online and some I hadn't. But there always seemed to be something that didn't show in the pictures. Therese happily rode from Wrightwood to Pine Mountain club with two dogs and wanted to show me a house I hadn't seen online because it was over my absolute limit. It checked all my boxes. Terese suggested an offer about half way to my limit and I couldn't resist. Working with her only got better through the process of buying the place. Everyone she used or referred me to was first rate. She told me what I needed, where to sign, and what it meant. Since my address was never on file, I had to pay late fees on my property taxes. After several calls to the office to get the deed - a year later, I have yet to receive it nor do they return my calls. They were very unprofessional. The escrow company blames them & visa versa. I still don't know to whom I am to pay the "other JCS taxes" to that they said I had to pay separate from the property taxes. Once they have been paid don't expect them to do ANYTHING else, even if it is their job.
