It's just office supplies, hello?! If you didn't want to pay for the tape, you could just go home, tape it yourself, and bring it back. That's an option, you're not forced to buy their tape or box just because you forgot yours. You have to put your stuff in a box before they can ship it. And about the TV thing: they just check-in the product and the shipping service. The main company, UPS, the UPS office, handles the box. It's really too bad. They just provide their shipping service. Common sense, right? Anyways, I had been using this company this locally owned business for over 16 years. Never have no issues, never have no problems. Great stuff very professional very attentive.

The service at the Texarkana location is very unprofessional. They guaranteed photo enlargements by…read more6 pm if in by 2 pm. I went to get them the next day and they were not ready. I dropped in 2 hours later and one "manager" was playing in the floor with a baby who belonged to another "manager". Lunch tacos were on the counter. While I waited an hour on my order there was no sense of urgency with any of the staff. It took 2 of them to discuss a project for another customer. I asked for someone over these managers but there was no one else on the premises besides a clerk. I highly recommend that everyone take their business elsewhere.
