After a week in a hotel, my company got me a loaner truck and I was in it for 3 weeks. When I called in September I was told my truck would be done when I got there. I arrived on September 14th and had to wait 2 more days before it was actually finished. They are slower than molasses in January to get anything done. They had approval for the repairs to be done in the first week but they fooled around waiting to see who was going to pay for the repairs. They didn't even send the correct pictures of the damage to the warranty company nor did they pay any attention to what I told them happened right before the driveshaft let go. The warranty company had to tell them what to do to try to figure out the root cause and they still did not look in the right location. I feel like they don't care about the drivers that keep them in business or they would listen to us and get their hands dirty and actually LOOK for the cause of the problem not just fix the obvious results.

Service gave me the number for a reasonable hotel with a free shuttle. They couldn't find the issue so next day had to dig deeper. Being new they had to download updates to the service computer. Still nothing. so they got with tech support at the factory, took the factory 2 days to help figure it out. Keep in mind techs get paid by the job not by the hour so this had become a looser 1st day but they stayed on it. Frequent updates by e mail & text, friendly & efficient when I called for specifics. I would use this shop again because I received great service by everybody there.

Mechanic didn't have right size socket so damaged my hub nut then later replaced with an entirely different style then what was on it originally. Then told me I would need new bearing and races. I rode with him to get tools and paid for the bearing parts at the same place he was getting tools to do the job. Then got charged for labor the entire time including his mileage to go right down the road and back. Then while working on my truck took several phone calls a walked off to take care of other customers including a tire change all while still charging me $145hr. They waisted hours of my time with inexperience and not having tools on hand. Then he left for a road call and had a buddy of his help to finish up my truck. 6hrs later finally done. Got charged for not all. I made it 110 miles down the road home get out to do a walk around and find the seal leaking again. I call him to tell him and he gets mad and starts cursing me out accusing me saying that I poured oil on it to just try and screw him over and that absolutely none of my money would be refunded. I have done business with several other businesses including integrity truck and all will tell you I run a honest business and couldn't care less to lie about something like this. I even sent him time stamped photos showing they were taken immediately upon stopping. I even went as far as to run a camera probe in behind to show the seal was leaking and he was absolutely rude accusing me of lying. First ticket given was $984. Then argued telling him how can you charge me when you was working on other trucks and not mine during that time. He discounted it 1 hour so I was still charged $870 for a wheel seal... called 2 other certified mechanics who both said that was nonsense and should have never been anywhere near that much. I had the opposite side done back in November by a reputable shop who only charged me $187.50 labor plus parts. I even told Him I would pay for the labor of everything else even though that part was overcharged as well. I even told him just cover the cost of the seal and labor of 2.5 -3 hours which would cover me paying another mechanic to redo their mistakes and my 45 minutes one way to go get another seal. And got told " Not Fu***** happening and then tried accusing me of wanting to run off with his invoice without paying him. Not to mention they left a mess behind the wheel that I had to clean up and then his helper when I checked before leaving had my brake 3 full turns out of adjustment. Absolutely would advise anyone to go to integrity truck or some other reputable shop of this kind of service..

My box truck broke down he charged me 6000 dollars for a drive shaft and 17 hours of labor for a truck I received the next day. He said he changed the drive shaft break chamber quick release valve but he was only loading up his labor report and not doing the work. By the time I got to Florida my break system was failing. I have replaced the break chamber and quick release valve that were untouched. I have lawyers in the bustle l middle of a civil suit now. Don't be robbed by this guy he needs a different 9 to 5 find a real mechanic.
