I took it home and my son took the protective coveroff only to notice the back of phone was cracked throughout. I did not pay it much mind sine the "experts@ said it was dead. Today (3 days post pool) the phone was working fine . Gentleman was polite well mannered but 1) had to know he cracked the back of the phone and just played it off 2) obviously lacked the technical ability to open the phone 3) he was completely wrong in regards to the phones functionality. From the conversation and the situation, it appeared he really didn't want to be bothered with the difficulty or situation, instead of saying, "I don't want to do it," or " I'm not ready to deal with something like this," he lied and said, "Oh, we don't have anything available right now, but you can call this other place."
