When I called, thinking I was connected with Experian and asked about lifting a credit freeze, the employee (Jenness Kissman) did not tell me I was talking to "Consumer Information Bureau in Pompano Beach, FL" but she did ask for information about my Experian account. When I gave it, she tried to sell me protection for my social security number. That's when I realized something wasn't right.
