It started up but there was hardly any suction so I went and pushed the flashing button a few times but no more suction. I quit with the vacuum and moved to complain and get a car wash. The guy with the long blond hair told me I need to get the wash first. I told him it had horrible suction and he said sorry but next time get the wash first. I told him I didn't know I needed to do it first and he said it's free with wash, didn't you read the sign. He said I should remember that for next time. Why I wasn't even offered a refund or my wash free is unknown to me. Horrible customer service.

The second time I was able to set an appointment thru their scheduling function, but it resulted in a no show at the set appointment time.
