We went though the automatic car wash but remnants of last nights Mexican food and bud light remained. The very nice attendant sent us through again understanding our plight. Second wash got it off! It started up but there was hardly any suction so I went and pushed the flashing button a few times but no more suction. I quit with the vacuum and moved to complain and get a car wash. The guy with the long blond hair told me I need to get the wash first. I told him it had horrible suction and he said sorry but next time get the wash first. I told him I didn't know I needed to do it first and he said it's free with wash, didn't you read the sign. He said I should remember that for next time. Why I wasn't even offered a refund or my wash free is unknown to me. Horrible customer service.

Twice I have requested appointments, once with no response at all to messages left. The second time I was able to set an appointment thru their scheduling function, but it resulted in a no show at the set appointment time. So I will not judge the quality of service, but their scheduling method is a problem. I will move on and give another business a try.
