When I contacted them, they told me in southern California they warranty covers only 13 months and they its due to sun and how I park my car possibly The offered to reprint the panel and charge me again for it although it would be a different color and mis matched w rhe rest since It would be a new print. Products sometimes goes bad absolutely understandable but for something that would cost u north of 5k to last only a year and then they resell u the same thing rather than taking responsibility I was trully disappointed. I have other wraps on my other cars from other comapnies and non have changed color even after 3 years so it cant be the area rather the quality of the material. I wish someone would tell me this before I would spend so much money on it. Hope this would be a eye opener for others thinking of it. I took more pictures and this is in a span of 2 weeks. the deteriations is significant and the companies claim of this being due to the heat is not true since Los angeles hasnt even been hot yet.

I had to book 2 weeks in advance due to limited time slot availability, so plan ahead accordingly. Although Jeff and I agreed on a set time, I was able to drop the car off a little earlier due to a last minute errand. I came to tint my 2023 Model Y, and Jeff made sure what I chose was the best fit for what I was looking for. I wanted my tints to match in color especially when the back windows are already darkened, and Jeff was able to confirm that with a tool. I ended up going with 20% fronts and 50% rears, and the color match is pretty close to what I was looking for. My car was ready in 3 hours, and the entire process was quick and smooth. There are things to do a short drive as well if you're not from the area. He even puts tape to remind you to not open windows for at least 2-3 days! I made sure to wait a week before reviewing, and the tints turned out really good after the "cooldown" period. I have no complaints, but just wished they would tint the front windshield haha. Another installed incorrectly sized PPF, which later resulted in significant paint damage that would have otherwise been protected on a GT3. I swore off PPF on my last three cars... until now. I had to learn the hard way that the installer matters more than the product. I've lived it. Each car I've bought from new has been paint corrected & ceramic coated but I avoided PPF altogether due to PTSD. I'd pick up a few stone chips & live with it... I figured that's a much better alternative than risking another knife job. Looking back, it was more of a compromise than a solution. Fast forward & a few weeks back, I took delivery of my PTS 992.2 Carrera T & started to seriously consider giving PPF another chance. Especially since I also have a 991.2 GT3 Touring that has been fully wrapped from new, & the quality of that work has been flawless. 7+ years later. So, I really wanted the same protection & quality on my PTS T. Try to lock in as much of the factory fresh paint as possible for long term ownership. I researched & visited dozens of shops around the Bay Area. Along the way, I discovered that the shop I ultimately chose was the same company that wrapped my GT3 at their Orange County location... Protective Film Solutions NorCal Lorenzo (manager) & his team; Rafael, who handled the paint correction, & Jeff, who installed the Xpel ultimate plus PPF & applied the Xpel fusion plus premium ceramic coating, delivered exactly what I was hoping for. They guaranteed their installs would never cut into the paint & the results would be perfect! I was able to visit the facility a few times to see their finished work & was invited back during the PPF process. The install was completely seamless, & Jeff walked me through his install process. The attention to detail & level of craftsmanship is genuinely impressive. It's an artform! That transparency went a long way in rebuilding my confidence. Lorenzo has stayed in touch throughout the entire process, coordinated timing while the car was in transit, & even held an opening over the holidays so I could drop the car off the same day I took delivery. First class service from start to finish. They've documented the entire process, from factory paint issues at drop-off (etching, scratches, etc.), to the PPF install & ceramic coating application. For a PTS car I plan to hold onto like my GT3, having the documentation & knowing the paint was properly corrected & protected from day one means a lot. Huge thanks to Lorenzo & the team at PFS NorCal. I'm back to believing in PPF again & there's no other shop I trust more with my Porsches at this point. The work is by no means cheap, but ultimately, peace of mind is everything. Choosing the right shop to do it right the first time is all that matters.

Alejandro: "Oh yes, I'm pretty sure we're open, I'll double check, if not I'll move your appointment to April 4 and call you." I never heard from him but on April 2 I called to confirm, was told they would be open on April 5. On April 4, I called one last time to confirm my appointment for April 5 and once again, was assured that they would be open. April 5, drive to Jet Black and find a business that was very much closed. Called their number and was told by Marcel, "This location is closed today." I became irate, expressed my frustration and was told that "lashing out" at him was not helping matters. True, it did not help, it wasn't Marcel's fault after all.
