As a retired VP Marketing and co-founder of a manufacturing tech company inside the bio- Pharma space, I have intersected many times over the years with various printing companies - bringing various size jobs. My usual printer couldn't help me with a last-minute minute medium scale job. I needed documents printed to support a retreat I'd designed for that weekend. Yes, there were last-minute changes ... My usual printer was moving its presses that very day. Ouch, where to go? Who could I trust to do this well - at the drop of a hat ? I made a few phone inquiries to local printers and ran my typical front-end questions to see if they were smart, responsive, and 'got' how to work with a skilled first time customer - with a last-minute problem. ARC hit it out of the ballpark. Linda Rico, staffing the front office, had answers to every one of my questions. Plus, she had space to squeeze that job over the next three hours. Also, she laid out an intelligent process for the docs to arrive, be checked, confirmed to me that all is well - and immediately go to press. Literally three minutes after sending my PDFs, I had a reply from the project manager saying everything was a go. Then, I received an email ONE HOUR ahead of time saying the job was already done and I could come pick it up. ARC has greatly impressed me. They will be getting more of my work in future. Our City Hall sends our microfiche print requests to ARC and that's how I learned about their service when we're looking to remodel our house. They're truly world class - from initially picking up my request from our City Hall to final print delivery, they called, explained the processes and the job in details, provided a time and price estimate, and followed through with a copy of the scanned microfiches, the invoice receipt, and delivered the large prints in great quality at our door step as promised. Everything was well planned out and executed without me asking or chasing a thing. Both Scott and Linda have been very helpful and courteous and I'll definitely go to them again if I need large prints in the future. read more

It never occurred to me to write a review for ARC, but now that I'm here, I'm not surprised that they have so many great reviews. They are the nicest people and turnaround time is fantastic. Always happy with their work. To top it off, when my nonprofit couldn't afford a particular brochure print job for our fundraiser and I thought I'd have to make lower-quality copies in my office, they offered to donate the brochures to us! Within a matter of hours they were able to take the massive PDF file of digital artwork by a dropbox link they emailed over and the print off a beautiful banner for me to pick up. Lifesavers! Such a great place. We own a construction company and sometimes I need an extra set of plans made up. I can't go to kinkos or fed ex etc to get these kinds of plans copied. This place saves my butt! I was so pleased. Today I came in at the last minute, I needed a set of plans copied ASAP for my framers and they didn't even hesitate to help me. Rudy and Linda SAVED THE DAY for me in such a huge way this morning! I am a fellow printer in another state and have a client in their area with an event this morning, who had forgotten a critical piece. In desperation I reached out to the nearest, earliest opening shop this morning and fired off a pleading email. I worked closely with the ARC team (particularly with Scott) to create a special bound, printed book for my mom's birthday. I had multimedia pages and complicated printing needs. Scott was absolutely lovely, understanding, and unfazed by my wanting everything to be perfect and needing to make changes as we went. He demonstrated amazing customer service and was quick to make suggestions for improvements as well as insightful considerations. Was remarkable easy to work with and despite several other (way more important) projects, he made me feel like I was a priority. In the end, for all his time and attention, I figured it would be a super costly ordeal, but it was unbelievably fairly-priced to top it all off.
