I was in and out of there. It was about $60 (I can't remember how much) But it was a good price for me. I was pleased with the work! I forgot to take a picture of the sweaters but I the gift ended up being a hit! I recommend them! Note: this was for one embroidery on two sweaters. If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

I emailed at least 10 other places asking for quotes for 15 women's t-shirts and Bay Ink Screen had the best price and was the most professional. They sent over a professional quote within a couple of hours of me asking. I just sent them a pic of what I wanted printed (found on Pinterest/Google Image Search) and they were able to create a mock (free of charge and the result looked exactly like what I was looking for and I didn't have to ask for any changes). Bay Ink Screen was also the only place that offered to do a gold "foil" print for the same price as regular silkscreen print colors. Phri, the manager, was so helpful and accommodating. I went into the shop to check out the shirts and he was so knowledgeable and was patient while I even tried a couple of things on so I could get the sizing right. This is my go-to silkscreen printing shop for sure. There really isn't any point checking out other shops.

Right in front of me there was a sweet old woman who noticed there was a cash discount that was posted on the well after she handed over her film, she kindly asked to pay in cash for the discount and the owner told her "Nah I already typed in your order I'm not changing it." Shoo's her away after that exchange, and then says goodbye calling her by her first name. Which tells me this is a regular customer that he treats like trash. I'm next, I pull out my super 8 film and before I can even ask a question he says "nah we don't do those you have to go somewhere else" Which is fine. Not everyone processes super 8 (even though the website says they do,) which is an old medium. But the delivery and customer service were horrible. Someone should have answered the phone in the first place so I wouldn't be here "bothering" this guy on his very busy day of sitting around doing nothing. Also, This guys website shouldn't be coded/designed like a 6th grader did it, so that way the information can be clear and easy to read. Their website explicitly says "We transfer 8mm and 16mm film" which makes me believe this owner is just lazy and chooses not to work. It's sad really, the film medium is a dying industry and there are very few people who can be there to revive this medium and unfortunately this one in the Bay Area can choose to help this art form, but instead they choose to be a lazy business owner who has disdain for people who want to support his dying business. I've received better customer service from fast food chains than this place. If/when his business fails it's not because of a lack of customers or demand of services. But at the fault of a pathetic and bitter business owner who does not deserve it. To everyone reading I recommend looking for mail in film transfer. They are much more accommodating than this pathetic place.

Shred City ultimately had a better rate for what I wanted to get done so it was a no brainer. They sent me an email to confirm the service and were able to schedule us within a few days, which was even better. My dad is closing his business of 50 years and needed to shred the contents of 26 bankers boxes. The service was completed on 2/18. The driver showed up at my dad's store, shred the contents, left the empty boxes and that was it, a super smooth process! Then I was able to call, make the secure payment over the phone and I promptly received a receipt and Certificate of Destruction. It cost $208 to shred 26 bankers boxes which I thought was fair, especially since it was a mobile service where they came to us. We have more boxes to shred at my parent's house so when my dad is ready I will contact Shred City again to handle that service as well! Great job!

Ordered some of their custom "industrial" 3 layer masks, but I'm not happy with the quality. Considering that they charge $18 per mask, you'd think there would be some more attention to detail. The length of the ear bands on the masks are uneven, and the thickness/amount of fabric really muffles your voice compared to other masks. In addition, there are random loose threads all over the mask, so it looks like they were made without much care. Advertising these "high quality" masks at $18 each seems to just be taking advantage of the current situation. read more
