He was extremely thorough and did impeccable work. He explained everything in detail before he did any work, and he got every bit of the smell out (believe me when I say that, before taking it to Sherman, the odor was so strong you could smell it outside the car with the doors and windows shut). I had tried to clean the car myself, but there was no way I could clean everywhere where the smoke had settled. But Sherman did. I feel his price was very fair considering the amount of work he put into removing the seats and carpeting and sanitizing the vents. Five out of 5 stars

I learned they were no longer mobile but the owner took the time to explain that he's only able to accept 5 vehicles a day for full detailing. Once I explain to him that I only needed the outside of the car washed mainly to remove the bugs, and also explain that it had ceramic on it making it an easy wash, he readily agreed to having me drop the car with an understanding he would attempt to wash it that day in between cars or the next day so long as I was flexible. It seemed reasonable enough so I brought my car out and also got a very fair price for an external wash. I'm so pleased with the service that I intend to come back whenever I'm in the area. The owner is reliable, responsive, and very knowledgeable about ceramic coating.
