What can I say? They do amazing work. I own a hair studio and was going through a business name change so of course I had to get a new decal for my business. I really wanted my studio sign to stand out from all the rest so I really wanted a holographic decal. I was looking all over and apparently no one really does, but that's when I came across decal spec. My husband emailed them to see if they can do the holographic vinyl sign and Jessica was very quick to answer back. She was very detailed and always making sure that we were happy with everything. Neil man what a guy, first time meeting him and nothing but good came from it, my dude Neil treats his craft with nothing but the upmost perfection. I had him make stickers for my discontinued work RSZ-R wheels, stickers were completely cracked from all the years of wear and I wanted to get my wheels powder coated so I needed these stickers and I needed them to be perfect to the T. I like things to be done perfect and Neil made sure to meet those needs, even had to re do them because I wasn't happy with the way one letter was positioned and italicize, yes 1 letter but it was important to me so it became important to him. He gladly went back and adjusted what was needed so that I was happy. It's hard to find honest hard working people who value and take pride in their craft. He gave me his cell phone number and sent me Nudes, it was great.... J/k J/k he sent me pictures of my stickers to make sure everything was to how I desired, and made himself readily available. Now the dirty stuff *Price wise: Honestly who cares if you want something done right I don't think price should be a factor, but if you most know I compared prices with a lot of other places and this was priced the best and with great service. Good as it gets! I'm a lurker by trade, I read reviews but never write them. I was so satisfied an amazed at my custom decals for my motorcycle that I had to give respect to Neil at Decal Spec. First, I began my search looking for a custom decal shop just as yourself and read the yelp reviews. Although there were only a handful they were all excellent. I gave him a call and he was friendly and seemed to understand my creative vision I had in mind. The next day I went by and we had an excellent conversation about some life things and of course about bikes. We got down to the work and customization and that is were you get to witness first hand the skills Neil has developed from years in this industry. We went over some different fonts, ideas, and he even threw some curve balls in there by suggesting some decals that I had never thought of before. Oh, and it wasn't as if he threw the ideas out to charge me more he was going to throw it in there free of charge, just so you know what kind of guy he is. My decals were printed, cut, and he proceeded to install it with little to know effort. when it was done and installed it was truly a work of art. My bike was recently in an accident and redone and it has never looked better. The decals give my bike a whole new look, it is truly a custom bike now thanks to Neil. Throughout the whole process Neil was 100% professional, creative, courteous, and his drive and work ethic is through the roof. I brought my Dodge Challenger to get decals put on it. Neil did it really fast and even modified to fit to my vehicle, even though it was already supposed to be cut to fit to my vehicle when I ordered it from ebay. He did not charge me extra @ all! 99% of other businesses wouldve definitely charged extra.. but not Neil! He did it for a very reasonable price is very accommodating and polite.. all around nice guy! I have never done a yelp review in my life, but his service was so good I had to let people know!
