I had a little incident with the wrap on my mirror, caused by a human, not the wrap. I called Evolve Film Concepts and they told me my options. I brought it down the next day and after inspecting the issue, they rewrapped a tiny portion and fixed it up beautifully. Then I tried to pay and they would only accept a tip. The gentleman told me that they try to take care of their customers. And take care of my car they did! I would highly recommend Evolve Film Concepts and will come back for my future car needs.

They have a nice office where you can easily see the different levels of tint, as well as a super cool demonstration box where you can feel the difference in heat (IR) blocking. He was also very informative when it came to giving advice on what's popular, as well as advice on night time driving, after care for the tint, best practices on cleaning, and anything else you can think of. I was planning on getting the mid-tier tint, but after using the demonstration box, I decided to upgrade to the XR Plus, which has even better IR blocking. Logan TRANSFERRED the price match discount, which I got for the mid-tier tint, to the higher one! They also offer a very generous one-time insurance payment that covers you if you get a ticket. They will remove the tint for free AND install a different shade if you like. All in all, I had an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at Evolve, and I really feel like I got not just the best price, but also the best service. I went from getting cooked inside my car to feeling no heat at all. Thank you to Logan and his team for doing such a great job! He explained what would and would not be compliant and helped me get as much privacy as possible on the front driver and passenger windows while staying within the legal requirements. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. I said yes, and he went to a storage room to find a box that would fit my computer, then packed IT FOR ME, and told me that there was no need for me to buy the tape. I offered to give him money for helping me out, but he declined and said it was no problem. He even told me that for the weight of the item, it would be cheaper to go down the street and ship it at the post office. The owner's a quality person. This kind of customer service is hard to come by, so definitely go if you need to ship, copy, or fax something.

Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

I belong to a nonprofit club who is having their yearly event at the La Habra Community Center. I believe in doing business locally - either in the city where I live (Brea) or will be working in (La Habra) I first went to a sign company in Brea. I learned the "Over the Street Banner - ( 44" tall by 26' long") I was wanting was going to be a BIGGER chunk of change then what I was expecting! Or what the club could afford. With the high quote I received - I was devastated. He instead referred me to Graphisigns in La Habra and I am so very grateful! I even stopped at another sign company (in La Habra) on the way. They too had a cost prohibitive price for our clubs budget. I dealt directly with Fernando at Graphisigns who made the process extremely clear and easy! And the price? It was the best! The clubs logo was something I was concerned about coming out crisp/sharp. They took care of it by doing a "re-trace" and it's awesome. The price of the banner? It was fantastic - so much so we were able to order car decals! We will certainly be doing business with Graphisigns in the future. We needed several signs for our new business BlazieRocks - Your New Age Store in La Habra. We got two quotes. The first people sent us a mock-up that was so blah! They didn't listen at all and the colors they used were not even close to what we asked for. They were also very over priced. We worked with Nestor at Graphicsigns. They created the most beautiful window sign that exactly matched their mockup. We told them what we wanted and they made artistic suggestions that made the sign turn out perfectly!
