Scott was recommended to me. I called, but his office admin just had zero help or assistance in how to commence. I gave him the address on Google Maps, asked him to look at it and give me an idea of where my client wanted affordable signage. He had zero ideas, zero customer service about the products. Said they charge to come out to measure and quote. He finally asked if I wanted a project manager to come out. I said no. I needed more assistance from the start, products, services. I wanted to use a local private owner for my client. I was honest and said I needed better guidance on the process. It's pretty obvious from Google street view what we need, but he just couldn't suggest anything. I was so hopeful. I'm so sad to give this review. Sorry Scott. read more

I didn't end up getting a sign from Superior signs because the customer service was horrible. I had called a few times trying to get a plaque for outside my office unit. The HOA had recommended them but the staff was not helpful and confused. They seem pretty unorganized and could not look up previous work from the HOA. When I finally spoke to Scott he was more knowledgeable but did not respond to inquires to prices. They have a $100 minimum for product and will charge for design and install. I'm glad I went with someone else because I saved a lot of money and the work and customer service was amazing. read more

After coming here for about five years, I decided to take my business somewhere else starting today. I don't know what happened. I sent one of my employees to pick up a small decal. Nothing crazy.
