Neil was great to work with. My team decided they wanted shirts at the last freakin' minute... so I ordered shirts in our slightly-harder-to-find color in our various sizes on Amazon Prime and whipped up our design into a 2-color vector image. The true challenge was finding a shop who could print it for us. I talked to about 8 different shops starting on a Thursday night... my deadline to pick them up was Tuesday evening. Neil at Decal Spec was actually a dark horse for me at first, since a few other shops responded almost instantaneously, a few were shown as open Sat/Sun (Yelp not always accurate, though), and a few advertised same day printing. Neil was able to get me a quote once I finished my images and emailed them to him. I talked to him both over Yelp and the phone, and over the phone in 5 minutes he was able to look at my images, make a recommendation on what type of printing based on my shirt's fabric blend, and give me the price! Not only did his price line up with or beat most other shops I talked to, he also had no problem with the tight turnaround. It was really no sweat. I talked to him on the phone Sunday, dropped off the shirts Monday, he sent me an invoice and I paid, and by closing time Tuesday I had the finished shirts in hand. He and everyone working with him were super friendly and chill. The team loved the shirts and they looked great; i am already planning for next year's shirts so it won't be last minute, and this is a shop I would definitely return to! read more

Hate to be one of those people who review a place without trying it but this was my experience with Neil and Jessica I called for a quote on 12/13, didn't really have the information on what model of bikes I had so Neil asked me to send pics of the bikes. So I did, I replied to his email with the bikes and details of what I wanted. About an hour later still no call back so I called him, some guy told me Niel was with a customer but would call me back soon. Then Jessica emailed me the same thing. Never received a call back. Next day 12/14 I emailed both Jessica and Neil requesting a quote. No reply. I walked into the shop. Just a random stranger asking for small vinyl stickers for my motorcycle tank. I was immediately welcomed with warm and friendly service. Neil took the time to make sure I was happy with the color and texture. Then we just talked about motorcycle and motorsport trackdays. Neil is a very cool dude. I'm a local customer. I'm interested in cars/motorcycles, and I ordered some decals from Decal Spec/Neil. Neil was always motivated to work fast and accurate to satisfy his customers. I ordered couple decals from him for my car; the infamous "bandaid", and some for my friends as well.
