    If you want your job done right we recommend bringing your business elsewhere. Our company has a very important event this weekend. We placed an order with Clash at the cost of $3,048. For that price, you expect nothing less than a perfect print. After picking up the order and bringing it back to our office to prepare for our show we noticed that there was a Misprint on the first page of every single booklet. It would have been okay if it was just one or two but it was every single document. A black ink splotch on every single first page. This is a white page that is supposed to be completely blank. A major eyesore and for the price extremely unprofessional. The real issue here is that they thought it was okay to provide poor quality work for top dollar pricing and when called out about it were unwilling to make the situation right. Any professional printing company would have fixed the problem before releasing it to their customer. There is no way they did not notice the mistake as it was on EVERY SINGLE BOOKLET. It is standard procedure to proof the documents once they have been printed. This means they noticed the problem before releasing it to us and did nothing about it. Being that we are leaving Atlanta for our show on Thursday morning I explained the issue and requested that they either: A. Replace the booklets and get them completed prior to us leaving for our show. or B. Provide us with a minimum of 50% refund for the poor workmanship. Clash Graphics was not only unable to get the booklets fixed for us, but they also only offered a refund of just over $255 on a $3,048 order that they messed up. They offered to "print stickers for us to cover it up" So hold on a minute, you want us to go back through several hundred documents and cover-up YOUR mistake with stickers with our Employee's valuable time. Not only does this make the booklets look bad, but it is also wasting our time that could be used elsewhere. This is unacceptable. After their terrible refund offer of $255 I again explained that we would accept nothing other than the booklets being fixed ASAP so we can bring them to our show or provide us with a minimum of 50% refund. They refused. At this point, we are being forced to cover their mistake with our OWN stickers, not theirs, and they are providing us with NO REFUND. Not only does this look horrible, but it also reflects poorly on Clash Graphics for being unwilling to right their mistake and fix the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    I needed to print two pages. Office Depot made it fast and easy. I was charged $0.30 for the two…read morepages ($0.15 per page). No human interaction was required. I had two PDF files, one page each. I attached them to a single email and sent them to officedepot@printme.com. Almost immediately, I received a reply from PrintMe with a "release code" to enter at one of Office Depot's self-serve copiers. The code was good for 24 hours. I came to this Office Depot at The District at Howell Mill. They have a few copiers near the front of the store. After you enter, head right. Everything worked great. I was able to enter the code, print preview (and make adjustments if necessary), and pay at the machine. The whole process was quick and simple. The print quality was good too. I noticed FedEx packing materials next to the copiers. I asked an employee if they accept FedEx packages for drop-off and she said yes. Good to know. Despite living in this area since 2000, I believe this was my first visit to this Office Depot (store #2538). It opened in 2006. Pre-COVID, I had no reason to come here since I went into an office with a copier and office supplies. It's looking like now I'll have to come here for my rare printing needs. At this rate, it will be about once every 2-3 years.

    TERRIBLE service! The clerk in the printing department told the customer in front of me that…read moreOffice Depot does not print labels. The lady needed a return label printed. At one point the clerk asked her what she was shipping. Customer left. I needed to order a Notary Public stamp . The clerk told me I should go home, pick out what I wanted online then come back to the store to place the order. Why?? She said she had a lot to do. No other customers were in the area. Recommendation for others: Go to Staples!
