I came into this FedEx Print Shop to print three poster boards. A basic task for a print shop. It took the FedEx employee an hour and a half to complete this task. She obviously didn't know what she was doing, so kept trying to help the next person in line while my project was still unfinished-- I imagine she was hoping I'd just dip out and leave. I was put in the very awkward spot of having to hound the employee to make her do her job. Meanwhile, she was receiving absolutely no help from her two coworkers, who were just chatting in the back while the one woman was serving 3-4 customers at once. The finished product ended up coming out amazing, hence the 2 star instead of 1, but no print shop should take an hour and a half. read more

One associate started working on my shipment and 2 guys jumped right in to help her switch my items into sturdier boxes. I was at this location on Saturday, Sept. 2, 2025 at 1:38 pm to have some flyers printed for an event I was hosting. I was the only person in line at the customer service desk. There were two female staff members off to the side clearly engaged in personal conversation gossiping about possibly another colleague. Both made eye contact with me but made me wait for about 5 minutes. One finally made their way over to me and took my order. Both went over to the process the work but continued to engage in that personal conversation to the point J stopped working. I went over and asked the other team member to J finish the work. J got hostile and came over and told there is a "do it yourself" machine. I told no I wanted them to do it. Another team member came over and said she would do it for me. When I asked for her name she yelled J. This is totally unacceptable and have filed a complaint with their corporate office. read more

It's definitely nice that the store is open 24/7, pretty sure during some holidays as well. However, it is definitely quite expensive. Printing is over priced, and if you need to retrieve your document by email, you pay for the internet used. Office supplies are also very pricey. A box of paper can be up to $40 or more. But if you need something in a pinch, this seems like the only place that's open anyway. The staff is always very nice and courteous and try to be helpful. read more

Since this place does stay open pretty late you can expect the prices to be pretty hefty. Ordered something to be printed online, was given a pickup time that was about 2 hours after I ordered, however, got an email almost just 10 minutes after my confirmation order that my order was ready for pickup! I didn't realize that there were 24 hour FedEx Print locations. That's great for me because I was looking for a printer (packed mine and it won't get here until a later date). This is a larger location with print, fax, laminate, posters, supplies. You name it and they have it. There weren't many people here on a Saturday evening so I was helped out pretty quickly. I needed to get my passport photos as well which they were able to get done for me in a jiffy. I really wish they had a notary here because they could have been a one stop shop to get all my things done. That being said, I appreciate how quickly they helped me out and that I was able to get the vast majority of paperwork done here. Staff was friendly and helpful and if I ever need to print something at an odd hour, I know where to go! Their printing is pretty pricey even for just standard black and white copies. How great is this FedEx location?!? We were booking it to get here and found out that the pick up time for Fed ex ended at 7pm. We got there at 6:59, met the fed ex delivery guy going into the center, who told us we better hurry if we want to get the package out. Staff jumped to our aid, typed up our order and had a label on our package FAST! Tremendous customer service here at this 24 hour location. Located in the little strip at the corner of clairmont and north Decatur road (right across the street from McDonald's), there's a red light exit making getting in and out of this lot pretty straight forward and while parking is limited, spaces are pretty plentiful anywhere near that 7pm deadline. Come here if you want your customer service where it comes to package delivery, because they delivered for us this night! read more

Here's the deal: this place is set up with all the services you would need for copying, printing, faxing etc. That's not my beef about this place. My problem is that it is outrageously expensive. To use their internet connection on their "lap nets" costs you 20 cents a minute. Are you kidding me? Not only that but the printing per sheets is way too expensive too. Also the mice they use to navigate the net are touchy and you get misdirected or kicked off a site often. It is too frustrating for me to even consider this place in the future. read more

He literally had me take my two trips worth of packages and packaging through the rain, back to my car, so he could close up this 24 hour location. I waited in line for a few seconds and another associate came behind the counter to assist. It was a quick interaction that took 5 minutes max! For want of some stinking cellophane tape, one star. I had just gathered an envelope, copied numerous documents, just snapped an expensive Kinko's passport photo, and was about to pay for the super-duper, buttcrack-o'-dawn-early arrival for an expedited passport renewal. My company was sending me out of the country and, like a dumbass, I had neglected to renew my passport. I scoop up all of my materials and proceed to the cashier: Kinkogal (a raised eyebrow): Good evening sir. What do we have here? Me (sheepishly): A bit of an emergency. All of this stuff has to get to the State Department passport office in Miami, or I'm in deep doo-doo. Kinkogal: No problem. You still have 8 minutes before the final pickup of the evening. Me: Whew! Excellent. All I have to do is seal this up and get this in the driver's hands. (Spying a tape dispenser behind Kinkogal), may I use that tape? Kinkogal: I'm sorry, sir. That isn't for customers. Me: Excuse me? Kinkogal: There's some tape for sale behind you on that display rack. Me (looking at the rack): It's $252 dollars! Kinkogal (eyes burning and horns sprouting on her forehead): You need that tape, don't you? Mwaaahahaha! Me: Yes...can't you just spare a centimeter of that tape? I visit this store so often that I've almost got a "Cheers" thing going on. I say "almost" because my favorite associate calls me "Tatiana" and I think everyone there now thinks that that's my name. She has this amazing thick Russian accent, and I love the way it sounds, so it works for me--close enough. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If the color on your print job isn't quite bright enough, or the formatting is a little off, they're happy to do whatever it takes to fulfill your vision. When printing or copying a small job, I like to peruse the greeting card racks. They are fully stocked on cards for every imaginable office occasion. You'll find things like, "Happy Belated Promotion Day from the Department Head's Executive Assistant!" Well not really, but almost. Suffice it to say that if I ever need a "Congratulations of your Cubicle Upgrade" greeting card for a corporate office acquaintance, this will be my first stop. Note: They don't always man the front desk during off peak hours so if you pick up a bag of Raisinets at the front, you'll have to walk to full service copy center to check out. And I have to say that even Yelp is confused when I type "Fed Ex Office" into its search bar. Until the last of Gen Y stops making copies, "Kinko's" it will remain. read more

I really hate to do bad reviews and I try my best not to but being that this is the second time the same exact thing has happened to me made it more clear that this review needed to be done. So RAISA K basically ignored the fact that I was behind the customer at her station and took a Caucasian woman ahead of me on the other side of the building after I waited. Which is crazy when all I needed was change .... but that was the second time that has happened at this location the first time was with Jay and I remember his name so well because that night I was the only woman in the building after waiting 10 minutes on his customer before me he took a man on the other side of the building and walked and made me follow him ..... smh I made a review for him already online but do u think anything will be done for that? Nope he still there and the atmosphere is still the same. Sad that in 2018 people still are so Ignorant. Beyond that it's the principle. My money isn't a different color. Why am I waiting twice as long for service that's anyone walking in that door. Corporate get some genuine non bias people in here before yall get sued like Starbucks I'm sure I'm not the only person they are being rude towards. All to spend 2 min to print a resume ...................NOT GOOD on top of that no paper was in the machine so I wasted more of my paid for time on the computer to have to get the printer filled. Umm...way to expensive. I came here to print a document from my laptop. I didn't have a jump drive so, I had to use their docking station. Well, they charge $6.95 an hour simply to connect to their system. Then I had to print the document which ended up taking a chunk out of my wallet to the tune of $14.98. Crazy! It wasn't a book. The place was packed and the workers all seemed to be busy. I think that maybe I'll just invest in a printer instead of making another trip back to this Kinkos. I left this place down $23.00 and I was only there for 15 minutes. read more

I've been here probably 5 times this week. It's actually easier to get in and out at 3AM vs. during normal business hours.. Pro-tips if you're printing regular B&W on the large format printer: -Always use self service. It's very straight forward. -If they quote you a ridiculous price, question it (a clerk nonchalantly quoted me "$154.43" for 7 pieces of 12" x 18". I've run into people who just paid what they were told ($95). The total came out to be closer to $35. -Often times If you're printing during business hours, a sales associate will come heckle you to tell you "you're doing it wrong" or "it won't work like that", then continue to insist that even though you've done this more time than they've had shifts in the past few days. Just accept it, because they're the one checking you out. Also again, argue the price they quote you, because it's never right. (If anyone somehow needs this very specific piece of information - 24" by 36" on B&W is $4.82 and don't let them tell you otherwise!) Still giving this 3 stars because I feel eternally grateful that this place exists and it's great for late night printing :-) read more

Useless! Aside from their photocopiers, this Kinko's has proven to be worthless. I went to have a few fliers printed up. Everything was ready to be printed, nothing had to be changed, I made it as simple as humanly possible. All someone had to do was put my flash drive in the dang computer and click "color print". Clearly, that was too complex. I stood around for 30 minutes while employee after employee couldn't figure out how to do what I asked. Finally, someone was able to help me. Sort of. She told me she would have to put a work order in for my 10 fliers and it would take 4 days. 4 DAYS?! It's not that hard! So screw it. I went back a few days later (hey it's the closest Kinko's to me), to see if someone else could help me. Again, it took forever for someone to figure out how to print my fliers. I really didn't think it was that hard. But finally, they were able to do it for me and even cut them for me. Thanks. Same thing happened with a similar project. But this time they sent me to their photo printing kiosk. I asked clearly, does it support PDF files, thinking photo printer...probably won't accept PDFs. She told me it would work fine. Well, it didn't. And as I was leaving the employee told me it wouldn't work. Yes, thank you, I figured that out myself. If you need some quick photocopies made, this Kinko's will do fine. If you need anything other than that, go else where. read more

I use this place a lot to print things on the fly. If you have a smartphone, download HP's eprint app - it rules. It's $0.10 a page/copy for black and white, and I believe $0.53 for a color page/copy at the moment. I like this place because it's open 24 hours and it's self service. I can use the copier/printers, fax machine, or computers without having to wait in line. If you do need to buy something or drop something off to be shipped, the staff is usually quite nice, but service can be slow. read more

I know this is a boring review, but I needed to give a shout out to these folks. They are always so nice and help me pick out and pack up my boxes whenever I roll in with the baby strapped to me and bags of nonsense and no boxes. They really helped me out when I bought a personalized invitation package off Etsy and didn't want to print it all out at home. The lady helped me size the invite to match the envelopes I got at Paper Source, and they even cut them down for me so i wouldn't have to try to do that with a baby strapped to me. The baby is always strapped to me. It wasn't cheap but it was done quickly and perfectly on a Sunday night at 7 p.m. and I am so happy I have them around the corner from my house! read more

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the Kinksters (FedexKinksters?) are here to help you photocopy non-copyrighted things (riiiight!). They also sell office supplies and will rent you a computer for $12-18/hour, depending on the software you get. Biggest waste of money: printing. Whereas photocopying is roughly a dime a page, printing is 49 cents per page. Man, when my home printer isn't working, I'd rather write it out by hand. They overcharge because professors won't accept my preferred option. read more

Service takes awhile, so be prepared to watch employees stand around, and for the self service equipment to work, ah, some of the time. When you do get someone to help you, your level of service depends on which employee you get, I know that's the way it is everywhere, but it applies here more than most places. Employee knowledge of FedEx is lacking by more than a few of the people that work there. Two stars because we were helped by one guy who knew exactly what he was doing an was really helpful. It appears that this store is ruled with an iron fist by the rather curt and unfriendly floor manager. She will glare down the other store associates if they attempt to help out a customer who is waiting for assistance in an area outside their assigned assistance zone. Multiple times I have visited this store to ship a package, only to wait forlornly at the shipping counter, making hopeful eyes at the people behind, in the copy area only to have my hopes dashed by a regretful shrug and a 'sorry dude, I'm on non time-senstive pointless copying tasks right now and can't help with shipping' kind of look. I'm not sure if it is a general lack of customer service in this store, but often I have seen lines form at either the copy or the shipping desk only to be ignored by three or four idle employees who have obviously been told that their job is something other than what is required at that moment. With a little multi-tasking and better staff management, the lines and frustration at this store would both be much improved. In the meantime, go to the FedEx depot on Austin Drive for friendly, efficient and courteous shipping service. read more

If you enjoy being ignored by the five+ people on staff for 30+ minutes, then this is the place for you!! I have NEVER been helped quickly and once they printed my order on a different paper because they decided it would look better the way they did it even though I specifically asked for a matte paper. It's been so bad that I have called the store while waiting in line. That has been the ONLY time any one has helped. I think that the management is more focused on value than service and that is the main problem. When there is a line of 10 or more people, you need to drop what you are doing and HELP. I only ever come to this store because it is close to my office, but if you are able to go anywhere else - EVEN THE POST OFFICE - do it. You will be saving yourself a anger induced panic attack with a side of frustration and migraine. RUN, DO NOT WALK, away from this location. read more
