After 4 teleconference sessions Heather stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Several times across multiple weeks and months we tried reaching out to Heather and to Coastal Virginia Counseling with no response. I even had my personal therapist attempt to reach out professionally and no response was received. A professional therapist ghosting clients in need is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen in therapy. Other people have posted positive reviews for this agency so I have to imagine other therapists are more professional but I would strongly advise doing your homework on your potential therapist before accepting therapists with this organization before you place your hopes in receiving therapy.

Just about the time we started EMDR, our therapist, Heather, became trained in Flash EMDR. it is the most amazing, non-invasive approach to dealing with past trauma. Heather and her partner, Kime train other therapists in this miracle procedure, and it cannot happen fast enough. Every person with trauma in their background will benefit from this new form of EMDR. Why? Because instead of reliving and digging up the old trauma, it can be dealt with in a passive manner. I'm not kidding when I say this was and is a miracle for our family. This technique has become so successful that this practice has added quite a few new therapists. We are on the third family member being healed through this practice.

I was asked to fill out my medical history and then was able to speak with the board certified doctor about my desired outcomes. Thanks to Dr. Kyle's recommendations, we choose the inner beauty. My hairdresser recommended for me to have an infusion since I had hair loss after Covid. The clinic and doctor were very knowledgeable and friendly. The room was beautiful and had a very nice massage chair and ambient lights. I did not feel any pain and left feeling happy and proud for having invested in myself. I look forward to returning to try a few of the other infusions like the NAD+ the next time I return. I am going to buy one for my daughter who just had a baby as a health booster for a busy nursing mom. They do offer a discount for first time clients , active duty military, veterans and 1st responders. I was so happy to hear this as a proud military wife and mom and the doctor said " we are all veterans!" This just made my day. I will definitely return and recommend this wonderful place to family and friends!

Desk staff is horrific!!…read more Can't ever get a hold of your doctor. The message to me was just try to be "extra nice" to them! Multiple urine samples with PII, license and insurance documents left in bathroom. When you submit a urine sample there is just shoulder shrugging of when you will receive results meanwhile you are just on standby waiting for your prescription because the care is ZERO! Horrible! They count on the fact that you need them, they don't need you! Don't waste your time!

If I could give ZERO as a rating I would. I have formally reported this business to the BBB. They are unsanitary, allow other patient's samples to remain in the restrooms for who knows how long as other patients walk in, see the sample along with your PII/PHI. This is a security risk as well. The front desk personnel are atrocious and you will not be able to reach your prescriber. When you leave messages with the front desk, you have a 25% chance that you may reach your doctor. Doctor either doesn't get the messages or doesn't return your calls. This is a MEDICAL facility. Your information, PII, and PHI should be protected. Especially from an auditors standpoint, and this will also be reported. Unsanitary, security risk, and absolutely abhorrent staff. Definitely do not go here.
