He will give you an estimate that sounds reasonable to get the job then falsely run up the cost trying to pressure you into paying more. So that low estimate will eventually climb much higher than you agreed to. He will also not provide you will an itemized list of costs. He has tampered with contracts to hide his misdeeds.
