After reading other reviews, it's obvious that he's not professional or serious about his craft i.e. typos, doxxing customers, cursing in caps to respond to unhappy reviews, taking half payment upfront, and potentially having the police be called on previous jobs. I hope that this review helps him realize that customer service is important and could use a great deal of improvement.
