I've had my application "in processing" for 6+ Months only to find out from a city arborist regarding a tree removal request that my home is not zoned to increase # of units. For the last 6 months they lied to me saying that everything was going well, and that I'm almost to the finish line, then asked for another $1,000 last week for another level of necessary processing with the city. Now they are saying that they told my contractor that it wouldn't pass zoning reform, but were told to submit it anyways, which I believe is a false statement since they have been telling me everything is okay for the past half year, and a terrible business practice by Construction Concepts to accept my money for this project. At this time I haven't received any documentation to back up that claim. I asked that they remedy the situation with a full refund, after which I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then transferred to an extension voicemail and hung up on.
