Gerson was extremely prompt in replying to my request for a quote. He and his father came out the same day to take measurements and provided a quote within hours. Unlike all the other contractors we got quotes from, RHPR provided a detailed breakdown of costs including unit costs for various parts and included labor as a line item. They also quoted a much lower price than other places, though they did expect to take a little more time. Our fence was extremely old and needed to be replaced. Many of the poles needed to be straightened and one near our gate needed to be moved. When work was started they showed up promptly, did fine work, and finished faster than expected. We asked for a basic fence (without stain) and they provided a great value. There were several things around the fence line that needed careful handling and they handled each one perfectly. We are extremely pleased with the resulting product and I would strongly recommend them for any of the jobs they do. read more

Requested a quote. Agreed upon time to meet for them to quote the job. Followed up 6 days after the came out looking for the quote, was told it was ready they just needed to get to a stopping point. I followed up again 5 days after that response letting him know that I was ready to make a decision and received no response. I understand that this may be due to the fact that they do such great work that they are way too busy which is great, I just don't like to have my time wasted. read more

My project involved cleaning and staining my fence. I recently told this company not to proceed with the job because of serious concerns about their process. While their quote was competitive, they insisted on completing the power washing and staining on the same day -- even in rainy and cloudy weather, which was my case. I don't understand how wood could possibly dry properly in just a few hours under those conditions. When I asked to have the staining done on a later day (to allow proper drying time), they said it would cost more -- without giving a specific date for the staining. This made me question whether this approach was fair or even legitimate, even after receiving the quote. It felt like the company only cared about finishing quickly and getting paid, not about doing quality work. Their focus seems to be on their own schedule and convenience rather than the customer's satisfaction. That's not how a professional business should operate.
