Called twice today. Once to get the quote, second time to book the appointment. Called to schedule an appointment for the mobile service. The receptionist or who ever the gal was that answered the phone had no problem letting me know about their mobile service fee. I agreed to the fee. We got all the way through the final details of booking the appointment, getting ready to get off the phone and the gal asks "is the location going to be heated" Uh, no. I just gave you a unit number for my address. She then proceeds to tell me that they are unable to do mobile appointments if the weather is under 60 degrees. One would think that would have been looked into before discussing the mobile service?! How was this not disclosed on the first call when we inquired about the mobile service to begin with?! On top on that, she was taking a personal call while in the line with me and asked me to hold while she spoke to her husband on the phone. Heard their whole conversation! Attempted to support a local business here in Cheyenne. Completely unprofessional. Complete waste of my time. Thanks for making this an easy decision. Safelite gladly took my MOBILE appointment. read more

Stopped by without an appointment for a crack repair, and within 15 minutes it was done and I was out the door with a big smile on my face thanks to the fantastic people and service. If you have a windshield issue, stop by! if you don't, throw a rock at your windshield so you have a good reason to stop (Or just drive around in WY). Your day will improve! read more

Made an appointment for yesterday at 330 for their residential glass guy to come out and look at our kitchen window glass. No call no showed. Called the legion lane decker at about 4:00 to find out if he was still calling they said all they knew is that he was out all day and they don't know his schedule. Called the guy on his cell phone (who I made the appointment with) and also left him a voice message with no return call even the next day. No one ever showed or contacted us. We ended up teaching ourselves how to repair the window since these guys can't be reliable. Will not be doing business there again. read more

I went to Decker Auto Glass today with no appointment to have a rock chip looked at. Zach came right out and said he could fix it no problem if I was willing to wait a couple of minutes. There were 3 other people in the waiting room. I waited a total of 15 minutes he came and showed me what he was going to do and that took 10 minutes. He was very upfront and great at explaining what to expect. He was courteous and polite which anymore I find is so hard to get !!! Top notch customer service and super thankful for Decker Auto Glass!!!! Would highly recommend to anyone! read more

Just before a scheduled road trip, my driver's window was shattered by a rock thrown up by a passing vehicle. Decker sealed the opening and quoted me the cost of the replacement, which was less then half of my insurance deductible. The replacement wind arrived and was installed well ahead of my departure date. No additional cost added onto the quote; fast friendly gals in the office and the techs did a great job. This was just before Christmas, my husbands truck was vandalized and a window was broken out. One of the staff members reached out to me and got the truck in very quickly, they took care of everything. Making sure all the broken glass was cleaned up, the new window was installed properly and done in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and professional. Less than a week after returning home the windshield cracked horizontally all the way across, so apparently the repair was not effective. The whole windshield had to be replaced. Still greatly appreciate their kindness, but would have been nice to have been informed if there was a reason the repair was only going to last a few days. read more

Would NOT recommend. One of my car windows got smashed in and when I called Decker for an installation, they said the order would take "up to a day." After five days of driving without a window in freezing temps and snow, I called to see what the status of the window was and they said they had had it the whole time but had FORGOTTEN to call me. When finally I came in for installation, they had ORDERED THE WRONG ONE. Never again, Decker. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would..... Had our truck for a full day to replace rear window. Got truck back with broken glass in the rear seat where we have our 1 year old child, along with our two older children. Also broken glass in the bed of the truck. Nothing was cleaned up after replacing the rear window. This is our personal vehicle. I'd expect more of a professional cleaning once broken windows have been removed. read more

First time to Decker auto glass on CY, I had a chip in my windshield and they got me in earlier than I was quoted and out sooner than I was quoted and they didn't even charge me what I was quoted.
