The sale man made a drawling of the fence out line with measurements. The sub contractor did not follow it at all some short some long. Not one of the polls are in aline with each other in a line. On a side note, they only put handles on the outside of the gate doors. Very odd & inconvenient. Pre-install, we told Rodney's son we wanted a gate that would fit our riding mower & asked if it would be better to put a 2 door opening instead of one. He said it wouldn't matter so we chose the one door gate. About three months later we noticed the gate wasn't lining up when closing it. We called them & eventually they came out to fix it. Less than a month later it started dropping again. Today it has continued to drop causing it to not close securely. At least 3 calls to them with a promise to come fix it, yet no one has shown up. Im not sure about the quality. I think the gate issue is related to an install error. The picket/slats slide up & down allowing me to pull it out completely. The price was competitive with the other estimates we got. In the end we are very disappointed. I chose them because I wanted to support a small business. I certainly cannot recommend them.

Bill takes all the measurements and shows you other photos of previous work done and shows you samples for you to decide on. Suzett calls a few days later to inform you on how the process works. On schedule Suzett calls again to set up an appointment for installation. Installation day comes and Randy and Trey show up on time for the installation on a very hot day. Randy and Trey install the enclosure, clean up the entire area and then show us how the enclosure works and how to maintain it. We were given a tote bag with some cleaning supplies, a tool to make it easier if needed to use the enclosure and a set of detailed instructions on how to use the enclosure year round and how to maintain it. The day after the installation Suzett calls to do a follow up and to answer any questions you might have. Professional and friendly people, quality materials and well made and excellent service from everyone especially Randy and Trey. I would have no problem recommending Porch Protection Systems.
